CrossWatch Global is an independent journalism and research tracker for documented Christian persecution reporting.
Mission
The tracker collects verified reports of attacks, arrests, church closures, displacement, court actions, and policy events affecting Christian communities. The goal is a readable public record by country, region, and month.
Sources
Verified NGOs, official religious-freedom bodies, and reputable media are eligible for public display. Social posts, forums, blogs, and anonymous discussion are treated as internal leads unless a reviewer promotes them.
Method
Automated ingestion runs daily on Vercel Hobby, deduplicates stories, scores source confidence, extracts geography, groups articles into incidents, and computes regional monthly history.
Correction
Every public record should point back to an accountable source. A disputed item can be corrected, demoted to review, merged into a duplicate incident, or rejected.
